Trekking In Nepal

Arun Valley Trek (16 days)
This region is blessed with an incredible diversity of natural beauty and culture. Arun valley trek is between two highest mountains, Everest and Makalu. It is really a non tourist area but you can see significant views of Mt.Everest, Makalu, and hundreds of other mountains just on your eye. Sherpa, Rai and Limbus are the main inhabitants of this region. Walking north up the Arun river to Sedua and Num, then crossing Barun La(4110m)into the upper Barun khola valley for a close look at Makalu. You can put together an even wilder trek by crossing Sherpani col and west col into the upper Hongu valley. The highest point of this trek is Salpa Bhanjyang and also we can visit Hindu holy call Lake Salpa holy Lake (3414m.).

Outline Itinerary
Day 01 : Fly from Kathmandu to Birtatnagar which takes about one hour and then drive by bus to Hille.
Day 02 : Trek from Hille to Mongmaya Khola (1649m)
Day 03 : Trek from Mongmaya Khola to Surtibari
Day 04 : Trek from Surtibari to Tumlingtar
Day 05 : Trek from TumlingTar to Kartike
Day 06 : Trek from Kartike to Gothey
Day 07 : Trek from Gothey to Phedi (1680m)
Day 08 : Trek from Phedi to Gurase (2880m)
Day 09 : Trek from Gurase to Sanam
Day 10 : Trek from Sanam to Bung (1900m)
Day 11 : Trek from Bung to Gaikharka
Day 12 : Trek from Gaikharka to Vasme
Day 13 : Trek from Vasme to Pangum (2850m)
Day 14 : Trek from Pagum to Painya (2730m)
Day 15 : Trek from Painya to Lukla (2840m)
Day 16 : Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu.
